4th Grade Creates Decor for the Governor's Mansion
The Governor's Mansion invited Alabama fourth-graders to make ornaments for the Mansion's Christmas tree(s) this year. LFES fourth-graders made ornaments depicting one or more of our state's symbols. They were given a rubric, and the ornament project was graded. Mrs. Humber (4th grade social studies teacher) delivered them to the Mansion on Nov. 16. Ours were the first they had received!
