We will have kindergarten registration packets available the week of May 4. If you would like to print your own forms, you may print and complete the following eight(8) forms. Students must be five years old by September 1, 2022 to register. In order to register, parents/guardians will need to provide a copy of the student's social security card, birth certificate, immunization record, parent/guardian's identification (driver's license), and proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.).
